Care 4 Kids- State-funded program sponsored by the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood that helps pay for childcare costs for low to moderate income families. Child Care Aware- Helps support Connecticut military and Department of Defense families pay for childcare costs through fee assistance. To apply, visit https://www.childcareaware.org/fee-assistancerespite/militaryprograms/

School Readiness- Operates through Colchester Public Schools to provide a limited number of grant-funded preschool slots through a School Readiness grant. Eligibility for these slots is income based and applications must be approved prior to enrollment at CASTLE.
